FAQ's

We provide free basement parking to all the in-house guests.

Check in time is 02.00 pm and check out at 12.00 noon. Accommodations for an early check in or late check out time can be made upon availability.

For Locals - Citizenship or National ID card or PAN card or Driving License.

For Foreigners - Passport or visa or an NRN (Non-Resident Nepali) Identity Card, or in the case of Indian nationals, a Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission of India.

Guests cannot smoke inside the apartment, however there are open balcony in every apartment where guests can smoke. Astray will be provided upon request.

Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

In and around 3 sq km from the apartment, guests could visit Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO heritage site and multi cuisine restaurants, pubs, shopping center, hospitals and malls.

We offer 3 different types of apartments, with self serviceable kitchenette.

I: Studio Apartment

II : One Bedroom Apartment

III : Two Bedroom Apartment

I: Studio – up to 2 adults

II : One Bedroom Apartment – up to 2 adults

III : Two Bedroom Apartment – up to 4 adults

As a fully serviced apartment we provide all the basic services of a hotel and privacy of an apartment, for example; Breakfast, Housekeeping, Laundry, Free WiFi, Smart TV, Free usage of Gymnasium, Jacuzzi and Steam, etc.

The airport is approximately 7 kms from the apartment.
