The 7 storied building and with a floor space of 26,000 sq.ft; Suite Homes comprises of 25 modern, fully furnished and serviced apartments. All the guest floors have been named after some of the famous peaks such as Everest, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu and Dhaulagiri. There are principally three types of apartments- Studio, One bedroom and Two bedroom suite which all have individual balcony. However all the apartments on the 5th and 6th floor are most popular with our visitors and thus have been categorized further into All day Sunshine, Majestic mountains and Valley view apartment suites. All apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with fully operational kitchenette, Smart TV, free WIFI, air-condition and electronic safe deposit box.
The roof top restaurant serving sumptuous breakfast offers you a unique panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The view is indeed breath taking with the early morning sunrise and the setting sun in the evening.
Suite Homes believes that “All work no play makes Jack a dull boy”, hence situated at the ground floor are the gym, Jacuzzi and steam to freshen you up after a tiring day.
The ground floor also houses a Meeting Room with a capacity for 8-10 persons equipped with audio and visual facility.
The car park for residents at the basement can accommodate eight vehicle.
Comfort and safety is of paramount importance, hence, an in-house generator for back-up against power failure, CCTV camera with 24 hour security, fire alarm and fire-fighting system ensures it all.
